IT SERVES TO:
The belt filter press type  NP  is  a  machine  with  double  belt  for  sludge dewatering by gradual pressing  between  two  permeable  belts  crossing each  other  in  a  “S”  way  made  by   rollers  with   decreasing  diameter.

HOW IT WORKS:
The sludge conditioned by  chemical reagents, is discharged to  the  load hopper where there is the first  separation of the water by the gravity kept in the sludge; the  sludge is turned  over on the  other  belt, and  after  the cone zone  it  is  pressed  between  the  two  belts  in  the  pressing  zone

HOW IT IS MADE:
the structure is manufactured by rugged angular section bars 80 × 80 × 8 and  UPN  section  bars,  electric  welded  to  assure  low  coefficients  of deflection and stretching during the tension of the belts. It is manufactured to permit an easy maintenance and inspection. Equipped by  eyebolt  and feet fixing bolts (without necessary particular support). Protection screens installed  on  the  edge  of  the  machine.

MAIN ADVANTAGES:

Easy to install.  There  is  a  water  basin  to  collect  all  the  waste  water sewage  ( washed  and  screened),  so  it  does  not  need  any  particular supports and water basin; compact dimensions, optimum final dry sludge, low water consumption,  also  with  self – cleaning  spray  nozzles  to  use technical  water,  inverter  to  adjust  the  filtration  speed.
